Shipping Information |

offer several different shipping
options which include UPS
Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS
Next Day Air, USPS Priority
Mail, and USPS Express mail.
By default all our orders will
ship via UPS Ground and come
with insurance and tracking
information. Orders
shipped to PO boxes and Military
addresses will ship via USPS
Priority by default.
International orders will ship
via USPS Express mail. We
will only ship to confirmed
addresses. |

Return Policy |
Addongo provides
a 1 year
warranty on all
items purchased
from us.
Addongo will not
provide warranty
service on items
without an
Addongo label,
serial number
label, a sales
receipt, items
damaged due to
misuse or abuse,
or on products
over 1 year old.
Any items over 1
year old, or for
items outside
our normal
return scope,
please contact
the items
manufacturer. |

After 7 days
from the date of
a products
delivery, a 20%
restocking fee
will be assessed
to any
non-defective
product.
Please note that
shipping and
handling charges
are not
